Are you struggling to find the perfect SSD for your AIoT project? Is your progress being impacted by firmware and software that don’t have the features you need? That might be because you’re using products designed for consumers, when you need the features, quality, and customizability of industrial-grade technology. In this article we will take a deep dive into some of the main differences between commercial, and industrial SSDs.
OOB (out-of-band) remote management technology allows system operators to remotely manage and maintain devices even when a device’s hardware, software or connected network is malfunctioning. This is possible through an independent connection to the system via an additional piece of OOB hardware that attaches to the device, typically via UART, RS232 or GPIO.
Many experts in our embedded industry will try to convince you that a “by-8” (x8) DRAM module is superior to a “by-16” (x16) module. In some respects, those experts would be right. But it’s not always the case, as we will show you here. In most configurations, the x8 module will yield higher bandwidths compared to the x16 configuration.
The Vietnamese market is currently facing challenges due to the pandemic. Certain factories have been shut down, and exports/imports are also affected. This is more pronounced in the southern part of the country, while the north is doing better.
The current contentions in the market are due to lower prices and the quantity of stock. The prices are also very volatile and are constantly fluctuating. The market in Mexico has a high volume of consumers and strong retail consumption.
